The batiks in this quilt run through four colors that are adjacent to each other on the color wheel.
Mine were purple to red to orange to yellow.
We simply strip piece the batiks and background fabric in different widths. We then make ‘gentle curved cuts vertically to allow us to move some of the strips up and some down to produce interest.
